You can apply for a new ration card through our online portal. Visit the "Apply New Card" section, fill in the required details, upload necessary documents, and submit the application. You'll receive an application number for tracking.

For corrections, you need to submit Form-5 along with supporting documents like Aadhaar card, address proof, existing ration card copy, and documents supporting the correction request (e.g., marriage certificate for name change).

Typically, it takes 15-30 working days after document verification. You can track the status using your application number on our portal or through the SMS service.

You can download a duplicate e-Ration Card from our portal using your registered mobile number. If you need a physical copy, visit your local Food & Supplies office with an affidavit for lost card.
